Long international flights are no fun for anyone nor or they easy on the body. CNN money is offering eight easy tips on how to make the flight more tolerable. A few of the tips include ordering a special meal when you book your flight, staying hydrated with water and avoiding caffeine and alcohol. It is also suggested to bring on your inboard bag things like a sleep mask and ear plugs. Hopefully these tips and more offered will make your flights easier on you and your body.
