Eight U.S. Airlines Win Tentative Approval to Fly to Havana

Since the US has started to thaw relations with Cuba, 8 airlines have been awarded the rights to have direct flights from the US to Havana, Cuba. 12 Airlines submitted bids for the right to fly to Cuba, but only 8 were accepted, including American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines and JetBlue Airways. There will be 6 direct flights from Miami each day.
