CNN has compiled a list of restaurants that are harder to get in to than Princeton. Restaurants that are crowned the “world’s best” of anything are particularly prone to ridiculous wait times or reservation bookings years in advance. It’s not just haute cuisine spots that are affected, either. Franklin Barbecue in Texas and Tokyo’s humble fish market 12-seater Sushi Dai both see customers line up before sunrise to get their fix.
